Keep in mind, that this is only an example to show that something IS off. This bug is NOT limitied to the last hit, but can potentially occur on all hits.

Does it really only happen with the lionheart? I'd blame the low wall, not the sword.

I chose the thrid slash as an example, because this bug is predominant on it. It's rare on the others and, because it is rather difficult to reproduce this in the other training room without a wall, it had to be done there. It happens quite frequently on the third one, cost me my head more than once.
I have not tested it with the Leviathan or Scissor Blade, where this might happen, but, and that I can guarantee you, it is not due to the low wall. The FoV, WRH, Triglav, Proto Sword, Prototype Rocket Hammer, Sealed Sword and Snarble Barb all worked fine when I tested them

Do you mean that the third and last slash dont hit the enemies? it happen with 3 hit swords, with the lion heart, with the Glacius/Combuster/Voltedge, With the leviathan etc. i havent tried with a FoV though... going to check later

well i say this because when im doing the 3 hit combo on the enemies for some reason "i fail" the third slash when im near to them. i though was my bad since i hit them at 2 steps of the enemy. but sometimes im near of them when i use the 3 hit slash and sometimes i fail the third hit even if i started to attack them very close.

Maybe it have to do with the speed of the sword? because i have ASI ULTRA and prolly thats why FoV dont fail (since it swings are a bit slow) but didnt know this was a bug.

Guessed something like this

I don't know what the reason is that FoV is not affected, but hey.
For me it still happens when I have no ASI, so I doubt that it matters. Range itself also doesn't seem to play into it, as I find it most noticeable when failing to hit up close.

Most of swords have broken attack hitbox.... :/

I did about half an hour of testing with the FoV

I concluded that FoV has 0 increased range on the 1st hit, .5block increased range on the 2nd hit, 1block increased range on the final hit. This is to balance out the slow swing speed I suppose.

As a player to remedy "missing 3rd hits", hold attack after the 2nd hit, walk forwards a bit, release attack(for the 3rd strike).

As a note for testing, you can use that wall you're near and set your aim due East, do 2 attack combos.
