So recently I built a new computer, with better hardware than the original. Playing through Spiral Knights, occasionally, mainly after entering some graphically intense situations (Like battles in FSC), I tend to get this:

A friend of mine tells me this might be a driver issue, although also points out that the Java coding might be the culprit. Here are the stats of the new computer

Graphics card: Sapphire Ati Radeon HD 7850
Processor: Quad Core (Intel(R) Core (TM) i5-3570 CPU
RAM: 8 G
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
MB: ASRock Z77 Extreme 6

Greetings,

Unfortunately, yes. This is a problem that is exclusive to Radeon 7700 through 7900 series devices that use AMD's relatively new hardware architecture. Sometimes trying different driver releases or Catalyst Control Center settings can reduce the occurrence of the artifacts. If the most recent driver release doesn't help then it is worthwhile to report the problem to the AMD driver team.

As Helios said, you cannot remove your Spiral Knights account from your steam account... But you CAN still log in using the default client and a steam account. Here's how:

1. Log in to the forums
2. Download the regular Spiral Knights player
3. Select the facebook option from the menu... and then make sure it runs the script to send the account info back to the client when it goes to the SK log in page. It can be a bit fussy, but it works.
