Soarel's credential's aside, I do recall OOO saying that tortodrone would be back forever ago, as well as that they would change it. And Soarel wasn't that bad or trollish. I remember her being a fairly normal forum-goer.

That tidbit was added in this edit by User:DeakDude. This person does not appear to work for Three Rings, and most of his edits to the wiki have been personal pages and guild pages. So I wouldn't take it seriously. In fact, it should probably be deleted, unless an actual statement by Three Rings can be tracked down.
Edit: According to DeadDude's page, he's Soarel --- if I recall correctly, a well-known forum troll.
