For those of you who don't know, the Third Troika is a 5* Shock Troika that right now is known to be only used by OOO members. And not much, too.
Why would you guys over at OOO want to release it?

Well, not many people like your Troika line and get the Sealed Sword lines instead mostly because there faster (or because there boring Vanagrinders and maybe because of GF's curse). Well, it seems Shock is one of the most preffered statuses people like to inflict. Wouldn't releasing this lovely item to the public increase the amounts of Troikas made? Well, maybe. If people would like it, they would think that they'd like to try the other Troika lines. This would greatly increase the amount of troikas used.

Because the name is "The Third Troika" which makes it sound great and mighty if you ask me, how about making it a Basil only (line of) recipe(s)? Why? Because not everyone can just get their hands on them, and even if they can, they MUST do the arcade one+ times to grab it or pay more than Basil which if you ask me is poopid.

It already has an official, yet unreleased name and it is "not allowed to be spoken", so "The Third Troika" is just something I came up with to call it until then. (Since Troika comes from the Russian word "тройка" meaning "a set of three")

Seriously,this would be great.But there is a chance that,if they relese it,its became a krogmo recipies cause a lot (if not all) of shock inflicting weapon are krogmo coin recipies.If they make it,i make one as fast as possible.

No, recipes from Basil should always be unbound. It wouldn't make sense to make one recipe bound from Basil while the others are unbound.

LOL, I remember seeing "The Third Troika" on the Forum earlier while doing research on Game Masters, I think its realease would be VERY interesting, but with all the current updates my suggestion would be to wait awhile to let this set in b4 they add a bunch of shiz =P

P.S. Adding so many thing will Upset the games economy, and lead to many problems (Depression, Inflation, trying to make a Recession, ETC)

anyway, I was thinking... this would entierly destroy triglav. you wither send them flying like suda or make them stay (with shock) like triglav. it's a mix of the two. erm, isn't that a bit unrelaiable for a weapon designed as crowd control?

My Jalovec is nice, but a shock version would be even better. It should be a Krogmo reward as well, to make it simple.

The Triglav line is already a Krogmo reward; I'm strongly against restricting 2/3 of the Troikas to PvP rewards.

Also, I don't want to give it to Sullivan because 85% of all logs-in-daily players play LD at least once a day. I don't want to make it too easy for you with lots of Krogmos at the moment, either.

... Now I think of it, how about making it something like Black Kat Cowl - 100% chance of dropping after defeating a boss? I think a Tortomega would fit this nicely. (Tortomega is a concept made by the Devs of a huge Tortodrone, never seen or released tough.)

First of all, I doubt many people would even go for it because it's (most likely) going to be pure normal damage. Plus, this weapon is only and will only be for the Company. To be honest, we have a lot of weapons already, so I don't see why we need this.

Shock is one of my favorite status effects, so I love the idea of getting another weapon that deals it. In fact, the only reason I would want to get a Troika is if they added in one that had shock, since I'm not a big fan of freeze or stun.

@Potato yet somehow people ragecraft or ragecrafted Nitronomes and Valiances. I have a surprise for ya -- they deal pure normal.
Plus, this weapon is only and will only be for the Company.

@Thunder True. They could perhaps lower the damage of the 5* to be that of a 4*, the one of a 4* would be 3*, etc.

No one rage crafts anymore, plus more people have the Leviathan Blade/Valiance/Nitronome because the recipes are free.

Why? Well...can't OOO get their exclusive items without people asking for them? :P

There is a not to be spoken name that can be seen in spiral knights\rsrc\ui\icon\inventory\weapon\sword.

I'd kind of like to see it come from a new T3 boss as a reward, or just from being found in the clockworks at the end of danger rooms in Stratum Six. Like, if you complete all the danger rooms on elite difficulty, it will show up.

Potato, the GMs still have access to Beta items (Maybe older?!) like Magikat (which probably is a Spookat's original name) or Megalodon set as far as I know. They have a lot more than you think.
