Nope they hinted that it was coming.
i want something new for spiral knights man.. all i come on for now is maybe help people with vanaduke, help my guildies out if i can, check the AH and log off..

Just want to point out that this was the last time I've seen a developer hint at the return of Tortodrones.
The most recent remark from a developer was from Altsby which was more of a troll post that could be interpreted in multiple ways.
