I paid over 100 dollars in assets and didn't get a single shadow key from lockboxes. People have payed more than that for TLLs. ETc. Etc.

Also, the price you provided us is incorrect. The cowl goes for 25k-30kce or 2-2.5million crowns. I don't know where you got your information from.

It's an event item. If boss token reward items, such as Fang if Vog, end up in the supply depot, then I might start to become worried. The wings were from a promo, not a reoccurring event.

OOO hasn't sold any exclusive non-costume equiment yet simply because there isn't one that catches the crowds' attention as much as BKC does. Altought to a lesser extent, we had scissor blades....

But imagine the anger of some people, and they will be right too. Some people paid a lot and, come on? If you paid 20 dollars worth of energy for an item and they sold it at 10% of what you paid you would't be happy.

Why wait for the 1 week the kats come and farm for endless hours for them to drop the book and then do the boss when you can simply get it easier in the supply depot?
If you ask me the supply depot should only sell 2* star items and that it's. The supply depot makes the too much pay to win, since rich people can add energy and get every item in the game there with no effort.
If they did do something like this I'd wonder if they would offer the cowl directly or the book. I realise that there are people who value the rarity of the cowl, but I do think it's a shame that there is playable content (as small as a single boss fight might be) that's restricted to an event exclusive extremely rare drop or paying boatloads for it from other players.

Are we playing a different game? Since day 1 $$$ has driven almost every decision made by 000. Most items can be bought directly with cash, or otherwise are within extremely easy reach to due to the ever-present energy depot.

But you forgot something, items are bought with energy which is primarily aquired with cash. Other than that you are right.

Anyway, I have no problem with players aquiring the item from the supply depot, but that way it will lose it's rarity, so instead of putting it up directly, make a reskin. That way players get the attributes but don't the orginial item.

It would be a smart move for Triple Bagels to put the BKC on sale.
It's a unique stat piece of armor that should not be restricted to a 1 week window.
It's tiring to read people complaining about "I have this stuff, no one else should have it easily." What you have is yours, what others have has nothing to do with it. At least to anyone who doesn't define themselves by other people.
There's absolutely NOTHING pay-to-win about the supply depot. Never mind that there isn't any 'win' goal in this game, some funny kat hat doesn't make a difference. Nor anything else on sale there.
Me, I don't even want the hat; I don't like negative resistances. Only place I see that the cowl could be useful is Heart of Ice. {sarcasm on} Great Range. {sarcasm off}
Not even as costume. A purple Sprite is bad enough. (Why was there none that had no shade of red in it?)
With the wings/halo sale, I blew around 42kce on it. I had saved that up over time. I still have no way to actually dump any of my real money into this game (though I hope to change that soon, simply to support it if only with a few meagre euros).

I highly doubt the BKC will appear in the supply depot. You have to have some faith in OOO.
However, I wouldn't be surprised if they put it on the Featured Auction, like they've done with Chapeaus.

Putting BKC would suck... but I don't see it happening to an event that happened so recently + it's too rare IMO. They might put an old promo item worth around 15-30k CE and sell it in the Kozma shop for 4k CE. It sucks, but we have to remember that OOO is a company, and companies need money, some of you are expecting them to work for a game that you play for free :p

Elthan, you do earn something. You are just spreading false values of an item, with a considerably large difference between it and the real market value.
It's an event item, so I am leaning against its sale in the Depot. But it should be sold at the Moorcraft token vendor for roughly 300-400 tokens. It's far too powerful an item to be so inaccessible- basically, just think back to when Penta-heart pendants weren't craftable, and how OP that guy with the two True Love Lockets was.
The 300-400 figure comes from the fact that a normal kat hat costs 200 tokens and basically the time taken to heat the 4*, and orbs. The additional 100-200 tokens represents time spent to find kats, which should be roughly equivalent to the difficulty of heating up the 4* hood.

I do not have chaos but I have faced chaos users in lickdown. They are really cheating themselves if they use purely swods or guns, since the CTR benefit is far outweighed by the drawbacks of suckage and status death. Tbh, if they use purely swods or guns, they are losing out and need to get their brains checked forsome sign of intelligence. Hybrud combos are what chaos is for. Having dmg vh on both a gun and sword. But even so, its just like combining shad stetson with birdpoop skolver. The crap defense and statuses, even with UVs, can never be as good as a pure set. Chaoswith hybrid setup is the only non-moronic way to go. Unless you are a bomber. But yeah, hit the hobo shirt wearing clones a few times with your erecttoothpick (the flaccid brandishes won't work as well), and you should be good to go!
BKC is good for its difficulty to get.
