Cost of leveling a battle sprite from level 1-100 (data needed)

Food
5 star: ~1200 crowns
Amount needed? ~4-6 per level average?
~400 * 1200 = 480000
Favorite food
1 star: Level 1 - 14
2 star: Level 15 - 29
3 star: Level 30 - 49
4 star: Level 50 - 69
5 star: Level 70 - 89
1 star: ~500 crowns
2 star: ~900 crowns
3 star: ~1100 crowns
4 star: ~2000 crowns
15 x 500
15 x 900
20 x 1100
20 x 2000
= 7500 + 13500 + 22000 + 40000
= 83000 crowns
Additional costs
Sprite pod: 2100 energy
Evo Catalyst: 125 energy
Advanced Evo Catalyst: 250 energy
Ultimate Evo Catalyst: 525 energy
Total: 3000 energy x ~75,50 crowns/energy = 226500 crowns
Total
food: 480,000
favorite food: 83,000
additional costs: 226,500
Total cost first pet: 563,000
cost for supply depot pets: 789,500
The biggest cost seems to be the material, but I need better estimates.

based on battle sprite food, I found out that...
random 5* mats = 2 random 4* mats = 4 random 3* mats = 8 random 2* mats = 16 random 1* mats.
and random 5* mats has more values than favorite battle sprite food up to dust ones.
On stone, it seems random 5* mats has same value as stone ones.
Also, a full of run of FSC gives you around 2/3 of favorite battle sprite-ish at high level. (not sure exactly)
So your cost should be cheaper, considering you don't mind keeping your battle sprite hungry almost all the time.

Also, a full of run of FSC gives you around 2/3 of favorite battle sprite-ish at high level. (not sure exactly)
Are you saying that a full run of FSC supplies enough heat to fill 2/3 of a heat level, when the sprite is at a high level? That really surprises me. Even in FSC, my sprite heat meter hardly moved at all. But I could be misremembering.

2/3 of 1 favored food (which is around 15 - 20%), not the whole heat level.
Pardon my broken English.
Edit: hmm >_> It's actually like this?
Favored Food Phase (Each Favored gives fixed 25% heat, however, at 1 - 49, you better go with any random mats)
1 - 14
15 - 29
30 - 49
50 - 74
75 - 100+
Also a warning, if you give them star early, battle sprite just assume you give the same mats like flame soul, which is totally waste.
Random mats example from me, endlessly grinding FSC would be 1* ecto drop (have 10 k), 2* grave soil and blast powder (have 4 k), 3* torchstone and soul dust (have 3 k), 4* blighted bone and blaze pepper (have 700), 5* are more varied (eh not that much).
Required Item to Level up to ...
2 - 14 mote
15 evo catalyst
16 - 30 dust
31 - 49 stone
50 advanced evo catalyst
51 - 75 orb
76 - 89 star
90 ultimate evo catalyst
91 - 94 star
95 ultimate evo catalyst
96 - 99 star
100 ultimate evo catalyst
100+ star (for completing all perks, if I am not wrong, you need like another 17 perks)
So you must have at least 13 motes, 15 dust, 19 stone, 25 orb, 22 star, 1 evo catalyst, 1 advanced evo catalyst and 3 ultimate evo catalyst to level it up to level 100 alone. (excluding all perks since I forgot the exact amount perk left out after 100)

We're making some progress on the specifics. But you have one error: After level 100, there are only 5 more perks to be gained. Indeed, you cannot promote your sprite from level 105 to 106. I've put this into the Battle Sprite article, by the way.

For just leveling your sprite
14 levels x 5 minerals = 70
+ Evo Catalyst (125 energy)
15 levels x 10 minerals = 150
19 levels x 15 minerals = 285
+ Advanced Evo Catalyst (250 energy)
25 levels x 20 minerals = 500
14 levels x 25 minerals = 350
+ Ultimate Evo Catalyst (525 energy)
4 levels x 25 minerals = 100
+ Ultimate Evo Catalyst (525 energy)
4 levels x 25 minerals = 100
+ Ultimate Evo Catalyst (525 energy)
5 perks x 25 minerals = 125
Total mineral and CE cost:
1680 minerals
1950 energy
This is just for between levels, not heating, as heating can be done in a variety of ways. You can basically multiply the amount of required minerals by 5 or so if you're using them to heat your sprite.

its
Frist sprite you only need 1050 energys with sufficient rank
Second 3050 energy plus the pod same with the rest of your sprites
After about level 40, I started recording exactly how much food my sprite required. I've posted a fragment of my data in the "Heating" section of the wiki article "Battle Sprite". Do you want more data like that? Let me know.
If you're doing this just for yourself, then do it anyway you want, of course. But if you're doing it for the community, then I recommend that you not convert everything to crowns. Experienced knights have a lot of materials sitting around, that they can't be bothered to sell.
