3) the game wants people who are impatient on grinding only depth 28 for radiants to use irl money to buy radiants in the depo.

People say Shining crystals
People say Shining crystals are really rare, but I haven't got a single Radiant since the latest patch, but I'm getting Shining crystals like there's a waterfall spewing them out.
