I'm interested in seeing if Advanced actually is better than Elite for gathering 3* and 4* mats so I made a sheet and now I need people to help me fill it!

This sheet intends to cover all difficulties in Stratum 6. Runs must go to the top of the mountain.

Edit: the patch of Dec 18 brought us changes to the drop chances. Thus, all existing data was obsoleted and the collection had to restart. The old data is still available if it interests you but keep in mind that this does not reflect the current drop rates. The sheet is available here.

Read the captions I put on them for the snowball count if its not visible. (Also, caption lists which people I imaged specifically for data - Didn't DC and I got their snowball count)
Random question: Is there a screen resolution to show more than 5 mats on the report? It would make taking image datapoints much better.

Added your data. Are you sure Zeke got no giftwraps in the 3-man run, though?
As for the resolution, just try bigger and bigger until you hit it. Oooor, do the maths. Check the height of an item on the list in pixels, and add that to your current resolution. Then choose a resolution that big or if there is none, the one that's just a tad bigger.

Yes, he got no giftwraps that run. He was disappointed at the horrible run he got.
Also - be sure to add in the 0's or the "average" function won't calculate correctly (with those 0 datapoints included).

I got 5 stockings, 2 ribbons,
I got 5 stockings, 2 ribbons, 6 coals, 4 treats, and 12 snowballs on my normal mode run tonight.

Playing on Elite, I've gotten only Lumps of Coal & Spoiled Treats in the first arena Prize Boxes. Can you get the other Materials there or are they exclusive to the other rooms?

Assuming you do tier 3 one, you get random mats on any treasure boxes, further rooms only give more boxes, and a chance to get trinket if you defeat last boss.

Added all data to the sheet. Big thanks to Qwote, although I can't see the Snowball count on the second row in the first pic.
Looking at the data now, it appears that Elite and Advanced have about as many 3* and 4* mats. We only have data on one run with three people, though. It might not be accurate.
I encourage Advanced runs to gather more 3* and 4* mats to get us data so we can know what's the most effective. No matter, bear in mind that Elite runs are harder so once you have your 5* mats, I suggest you run on Advanced to save yourself a spark or eightythree.

I am trying to help more with this, but my weapons are not maxed out due to the radiant crystals thing. As a result, I stick to advanced or normal and most people seem to leave in the middle of those.

To make my life easier, I shall attempt trying to set up a forms document so that you people can enter all the data so that things update quicker and I don't have to spend half an hour updating the sheet every day just 'cause Qwote and Cheshire are really helpful. I bet there will be trolls, though. Pesky trolls. Good thing deleting stuff is quick!

Can we confirm this?
You cannot get any Materials other than Lump of Coals & Spoiled Treats in the 1st Arena's Prize Boxes. I've completed the Arena at least 30 times with nothing else, other than the occasional Grinchlin Snowballs, dropping. This was done on Elite, Solo.
After Partying up with 3 other people & completing the 3rd Arena, I got Razor Wire, Bottomless Stockings, & an Indestructible Giftwrap.

Um.... I think you're missing the Razor Ribbons from the Google form... :)
Also, could you change the order to reflect the way they appear in the list?
Giftwrap > Ring > Stocking > Ribbon > Coal > Treat > Snowball
It would make entering all my runs easier. :)
Anyway, I'll stop being helpful after another eight runs or so. Just need to craft the one weapon I don't already have. :P

What about the solstice rings?
I've done the mission at least 10 times on elite, got to the end, and have yet to find a single Solstice trinket
Meanwhile one of my guildmates found the Silver Solstace trinket after his 3rd run.
Do I just have the worst luck in existance? Can the trinkets be found at lower difficulties?

I'm guessing the Ring drop chances are 0.5%, or 1 in 200. Since there are two rings, that'd make it 1 in 100 for either ring, though. I might be wrong, though. Those are just guesses, never heard anything that backs up any statement regarding their drop rates.

Does anyone know where you can get a lot of Razor Ribbons & Bottomless Stockings?
I've tried farming the 2nd Arena Solo on Advanced, but I only get like 1 Ribbon/Stocking. Even with a 3-4 Player Party & finishing the 3rd Arena on Advanced/Elite, I get at the most 2, costing usually a spark or two.
I just need those two Materials & a lot of them. I've got around 100 Treats, 80 Coals, & 14 Giftwraps, but just 23 Stockings/Ribbons out of the 75 I need.

Checked it, you had submitted one run twice but I fixed it. You can check yourself if you go to the "Submissions" sheet. I should add that it was a bit annoying for me to verify as you've entered yourself as the runner everywhere. Runner refers to the player, not the one who submits the player's data. If you submit the correct name, it will be a lot easier for me to verify if it's needed. Additionally, you could write something like "Run # start" for the first submission of one run and then "Run # end" for the last submission of that run.

Judging by one elite run, the mission has become a lot easier and the drop rates have increased. I honestly don't care that much but I liked it before because it would really be a challenge. Now it will mostly be a grind anyone could do but that's okay too because hey, us veterans have other ways of proving that we were here before others!

10 Solo Advanced Runs on 1st Arena.
Still the same Materials drop, but in much bigger quantities. I assume it's the same on the rest of them.
Someone else is hosting a drop rate analysis. :D
One of these days theyll update arcade redux phase 2 and ill get back to doing the orb/fire crystal one.
