There are many very cool weapons available to Knights, whether they're useful or not. Barely beating out the Volcanic Pepperbox (as if rapid-fire isn't enough, it's actually rapid fire fire) and Biohazard (I really must try it in tandem with ice!) for the top spot, in my book, is the Electron Vortex.
Coolness: IT'S A FREAKIN' ELECTRICAL BLACK HOLE. What else needs to be said?
Function: Pulls mobs into one central spot where anyone with even a slight amount of area damage can hit a whole room's worth of baddies. Then, if that wasn't enough, it goes boom.
Fun: Its 5* form pulls Grimalkins. Need I say more?

To tell you the truth I used to use a striker and a super blaster.
But one day when I was running around the sides of an arena gunning them all down with my blaster I suddenly thought this "... Oh, stuff this, games are meant to be about FUN, not about taking 'alf an hour to mow down one wave in an arena."
Today my weapons are my vile striker and fiery pepperbox, sure I die a lot, but I have been having the most fun I've Had in ages.
Sometimes after I've worked well with another player, I literally come out of the game smiling.

More seriously, the answer depends on what "favourite" means. Just restricted to SK stuff... If I had to choose just one weapon to handle everything, it would probably be Valiance. That doesn't have much bearing on actual gameplay since I'm always allowed to bring at least two weapons, and for me the Snarble sword, Fireburst, Elemental Pulsegun and ToxiCat lines have the most tendency to be chosen for effectiveness. As for what I actually find most fun to use, the Catalyser, Fireburst, Troika, Magnus, Snarble Bomb and Vortex lines are the first to come to my mind. Unsurprisingly, the intersection of the latter two groups is what I find myself using most often, so I guess that "FireCat" pair would be my "favourite" by a particularly reasonable standard.

My favourie bomb is the Sun Shard series, I used to hate silkwings who hide in a cluster of enemies...not anymore.
As for guns: Argent Peacemaker, Sentenza and Callahan.
I also like the Sealed Sword and Antigua, purely for their look.

I used to ask my friends the same question as you did, Vlad, but for the sake of it, I'll answer it with a few of my favorites...
= Blizzbrand (soon to be Glacius) =
At least I favor the Iceburst path's Freeze statuses; it plays well in Crowd Control. Otherwise, it's a decent Elemental sword for me, at least. I usually couple my swords with Swiftstrike for swift striking (heheh, get it?).
= Magnus series =
Ah Magnus, I just wanted to say; I FREAKING love using the Magnus. With the abilities to flinch and stun enemies (With the exception of the latter for Iron Slug though), it plays well in Utility purposes (although it also plays well in Defense). Great for flinching dodgy enemies or Gremlins (for me, I have Iron Slug for turret flinching).
= Blaster series =
Blasters... they sure are a BLAST. 3 bullets per clip + active run-n-gun feel + User friendly-ness makes it a decent gun for both beginning and pro gunners of all kind. It even serves well as a Side-arm for other weaponry masters.

I was kind of on the edge on whether or not to keep playing this game when I first tried it back before it was on Steam. On one hand, it was an action-MMO with focus on the action, but on the other hand it was an MMO. Swordfighting didn't seem like anything special, either. Maybe I should just play some Zeldas instead?
Somewhere in T2, I found a Crystal Bomb.
That eight-directional shot.
The whole bomb just spoke to me; it was the most beautiful video game weapon I'd ever tried. Every detonation of crystal bomb was giving me flashbacks to my childhood days in front of my NES, Mega Drive, Amiga, Playstation, Arcade Halls, you name it. You'd never see an eight-directional projectile bomb anywhere else in a modern game today; the entire concept just spoke to me.
This game. This bomb. They felt like they were made specifically for me. I knew from the first time I saw that bomb detonate that I would play this game and never look back.
Game still has other things that make it fun, but none of it would have caught me so entirely as the old shard bombs did.

Sword: My trusty Arc Razor. I like it because it is one of the fastest yet the most safe swords. You can keep a whole army of gremlins by spamming the attack button. (Plus it has two UV mediums when i crafted it! Fiend medium and undead medium.) My faust is also really fun to use.
Handgun: Magnus and Kilowatt Pulsar. Magnus is one of my favorite guns because I just love watching devilites flinch. It also has huge knockback when u charge it, and the charged knockback had saved me many times in arenas where there is spikes. Kilo is also very good because it had awesome knockback on the enemies and can inflict large amounts of damage and the shock status.
Bomb: Electron Charge. Only bomb I have. Nuff said.

Sword- Voltedge. Why? CHARGE SPAM IS AWESOME AND I LOVE SHOCK! Also I use it as my defensive weapon in LD
Handgun- Argent peacemaker. That DPS seems very sweet.
Bomb- Voltaic tempest. Shock absolutely ruins undead and beasts (even though they are resistant to elemental).

Antigua, because I feel like 007 with this thing. I don't care that it deals pitiful damage, the gun is so pretty and the smoke effect (though i guess this applies to other guns as well) is just so cool.
Kilowatt Pulsar because it's just so damn annoying
Striker, because when I'm using that sword I have no idea what I'm doing XD
EDIT: My friend just gave me a Spur for Christmas and it's beautiful!

I must imply that my preferred choice of weapon in terms of aesthetics is one exclusive to those who pay a week's worth of salary on an extensive downloadable package that goes well beyond the stretches of classic vanilla recreational activity. The object has an ability most unique, gliding divinely and gracefully (or rather barbaric and clumsily) through the opposing ranks, finally hitting your target directly in the sternum, or maybe the frontal cranium, depending on his height. it happens to be that I, as an individual clearly implies that it also is a weapon of pain every division of eighty-six thousand, four hundred into the time for the sun to reach it's previous position.
