I think we can have flamethrowers!

Cobalt line[will not be mission reward]

Cobalthrower,2*

Description:A standard flamethrower used by normal knights.
Normal damage
Attack speed:9 bars[Lowers movement speed while firing by 60%]
Ammo:Bronze bolts[May cause stun]
Advanced Cobalthrower 3*
Normal damage[ITS COBALT]
Attack speed:9.2
Ammo:Iron gears
Special/Status:Fair chance of causing strong stun
Ultrathrower,4*
Normal damage
Attack speed:9.4
Ammo:Silverwood Status:Stun
Blue Craze,5*
Normal damage,speed of 10,ammo is a Blue flame,Stun.
I think brandish lines are next.

Mats as ammo? Do you see any other gun that consumes ammo?
Gun in SK apparently absorb energy from the surrounding environment to materialize bullets, no need for ammo.

It also seems seem highly illogical that that a flamethrower would inflict stun instead of fire...

Also could you elaborate on the mechanics a bit? Is it like the gremlins', or something else?

I can already see where this one is going, the back of the forums. We already have something better than a flamethrower, its called the Ash of Agni. People are so ignorant to bombs these days....

If you want the gun to be published, sure. But give more details about it. Like this:

A flamethrower gun that was planned from the gremlins. Spiral order has created it and assigned it for those who have proven themselves in the field

The papaya is confused

What is with people and adding more modern day weapons? Has nobody supporting the "adding flamethrowers" idea thought more outside the box? First of all, unless you are willing to change the attack pattern, the flamethrower would be kinda OP. I know all games lack logic, but how does sitting someone on fire stun them? And anyways, a flamethrower that shoots gears, wood, and other non-fire stuff isn't a "Flame"thrower. How do you think it got its name?

Why don't you just suggest a gun that shoots bronze bolts, ironwood, etc? Like the "Scrapbucket" or "Rapid Junker"?

@Xylosha *Shrugs* your point? The game is called Spiral Knights, not Spiral Soldiers. At this point of time you will probably say something like "But there are guns in game as well, thats why it isn't called Spiral Gunners" Do remember that our knights are already familiar with things high-tech.

Snarbolax guns[THIS HAS BEEN SUGGESTED BEFORE]
Snarble thrower,2*
Desrpiction:A gun that was known to be once a tooth.
Pure piercing,like 2 bars[due to infinite line of fire]

Brownish flames when you press the attack button.Charge:Shots out a spiky brown and dark green flame.\

Twisted snarble thrower,3*
Desrpiction:A twisted gun with a twisted flame.
Piercing,about 3 bars of damage.
Brownish flames with a tinge of green.Charge:Light green flame with some brown [Like razwog!]
Dark thorn thrower,4*
Desrpiction: A dark flame thrower,known to put monsters and knights in fear.
Piercing,4 bars of damage
Light black flame.Charge:A big red and black flame comes out and has little knockback.
Barbarous flame thrower,5*,Part of the snarby set
5 bars of piercing damage,against vana,it should do 80 damage.
Dark black flame,Charge is a bunch of flames then a snarbolax jumps out and bites.
Cost for 2*:15 Frumious fangs[just because]

Volcanic Peperbox. It shoots a stream of bullets in a tight cone and burns you. It doesnt look like a flamethrower but....
