The new Slime Casino changes aren't good

Just a bad change overall.

Like, don't get me wrong, the new masks and tails are honestly really cute if you ask me, but literally everything else that's been done here just isn't good at all.

Why did the regular 50 coin/10.000 crowns roll on standard golden prize wheels get removed? That was a genuinely really good QoL feature just taken away, specially considering it made obtaining Slime Boxes much less annoying, since the chances of obtaining one isn't exactly high.

The new golden prize wheel you can at times find in specific casino layouts is interesting on paper, but the execution is horrendous:
- It gives slime coins instead of crowns. That's not just less profitable overall for the player but if you get bad rolls (and you are very likely to do so because of the next point) it's pretty much as if you removed the slime coins from your inventory in exchange for nothing.
- Most of the rewards are just really bad. You are spending 50 coins/10.000 crowns for this and all you get for most of your rolls are single-use items for your run that aren't even worth more than 500 crowns in some cases.
- The Slime Lockbox code system is just no good. Cool that we have a way to know there's different boxes with different item pools, but that's the thing: what are the item pools? This is a problem with all lootboxes in the game overall, but in the slime lockboxes' case is even worse due to their different variants, where there's just no in-game option to view what items you can get from each box and their chances of appearing.
- Extremely poorly announced update. The update announcement doesn't go into detail at all with what was changed: no mention of the 50 coin/10.000 roll removal for standard prize wheels and no mention of the new cosmetic items and the "00A" lockboxes nor their chances. Considering past conflicts between Grey Havens and the community, transparency is honestly is extremely important, specially so now that the developers of the game are willing to put their resources into improving the game overall.

Like, the idea is interesting overall, once again, I personally like the new cosmetics, but the execution feels extremely demoralizing after knowing how it worked before and how there's been so many times where slime casinos just didn't give boxes what so ever, just for them to be available now, but being extremely annoying to get.

I seriously don't understand who these changes are meant to appeal to, and I really hope Grey Havens listens to their community, because if future updates are done in this manner, I fear the game will only get worse overall and these attempts to update it will be futile.

A few things about the update that have me completely baffled.

1. Why are there no patch notes? I get wanting to keep excitement and surprise, but so many people were shocked in a bad way when we found out that there are only 4 new possible items from the new slime lockbox.

2. Why are old QQQ boxes no longer dropping? Making the change to have ONLY 00A boxes drop from these casinos sets a scary precedent that QQQ boxes may be phased out.

3. Another Crown sink. With GH needing support from the community to continue work on the game, it makes no sense to add yet another insane crown sink (I personally spent over 800kcr rolling to get 8 boxes). There are already too many crown sinks in the game, and adding yet another one will drive energy prices much much lower. This means that after today and yesterdays initial rush, most people will no longer roll on the golden wheels

4. Shadow fixes. Why remove the 50x roll from the basic wheels? It was a wonderful QOL change that is now just gone with no feedback from GH devs on why.

5. The boxes werent even working properly. Wheels that dropped boxes would just stop showing boxes in the possible prizes, and the boxes themselves were only dropping cool/regal/divine items for the first few hours. Heavy, military, and other colors just didnt drop.

Updates like this shouldnt be released with no transparency. Especially with the game community so small nowadays, its scary to see GH disregard community wishes to just do what they want. The community WANTS to support GH. We love this game. Grey Havens, youve put on successful slime casino events before. Why have you shadow nerfed basic wheels, and made the new wheels so unintuitive?
