so, I have long time without checking this game out. and I decided to play tonight, so i download it and eventually try to log in(i do remember it) and it says ''this account has been converted to steam'' so i try using the facebook connect and gives me the same message so I connect it with steam and it starst like the cutscene it gives to new players and sends me to the character creator!!!.

I end up creating a new character and it makes me do the tutorial.

this forum account was made with my old character and it was almost a full 5 star back then so please if you know anything help me T_T

did my old character get deleted for not using it for so long? anything i could do?

When signing up for anything, you usually get a verification e-mail containing a your username and/or password. With one, you can click the "forgot your username" or the "forgot your password links

Sounds like you converted your account to Steam. Do you still use your old steam account or do you use a new one now?
From what I've read knights cannot be deleted unless the player themselves deletes the character. I could be wrong but this was my understanding.

And as Bucking said, contact support - they should be able to help.
