Just wondering if tokens will overlap if there isn't enough room, or if people are wasting their time collecting before busting another gift into the pile. Or if you lose out on tokens if you put too many presents down at once.
Save Winterfest! Mission question: If we place our presents on the pile before all tokens are gathered, do any tokens dissapear?

From what Guildmates have tested they dont believe they stack, although they have also contradicted themselves by saying this.
"On an Pick-up run i usually get 30-40 tokens, on an "stack run" i get 10-30"
So its really up to you apparently both ways work, stacking apparently gets you less but as long as your throwing the boxes on the pile your going to pick up some anyway. But from the supposed numbers i would say your alright to let them stack?
Its really all about how you think it works or what works best for you. But if everyone is making it to the end in good time of each other i would go one by one.

I take it as a fact that token stacking is possible. The tokens attract to the player causing a high rate of *clink* noises or if the player gets to a stack of tokens before they attract, he/she will hear a louder *clink*

They do not stack end of story. If they overlap they will delete the one beneath it. If your party members stand in the token spawning area, there is a chance of less tokens spawning if most of the space is occupied by the party members.

No, I believe the drop system for this game causes them to drop at the closest valid location, which will be further and further from where they drop point is as the floor fills up. There might be a limit to this but I haven't seen it reached. You might want to be wary though that this mechanic may cause drops to appear in inaccessible locations, but I don't think there are any such places in the Save Winterfest mission.
