Anyone know when the next Shroud of the Apocrea Event will take place?

Hi everyone, I would like to know when this event will take place again. I have a level 10 blackhawk and i'm not sure whether I want to make the Sentenza or the Obsidian Carbine. Is it at a fixed date? The last Shroud of the Apocrea event was this year on the 28 January and I just missed it. Also is it once per year? Im looking for these materials as well so I can make the Obsidian Carbine. I am willing to buy them

Those materials are bound upon exchanging from the token trader. You will have to get the sufficient number of tokens during the event to get the materials yourself. (Which only takes a few hours of gameplay, so you shouldn't have trouble getting them.)
Players don't have any insider knowledge that you don't have. But you can read the calendar on the wiki page, which at least tells you when the previous Shroud of the Apocrea events have taken place. And then maybe you can predict.
Yes, I would recommend Obsidian Carbine over Sentenza. But I'm not a big fan of any of the antigua-style guns. Umbra Driver, Grim Repeater, and Winter Grave are probably all better shadow guns than Obsidian Carbine.
