So I just used my Drakon's Scorching Barrier today and I noticed that the orbs are in different places from before:
I know it wasn't like that before. Possible bug?

Huh.
Probably is a bug. From the looks of it it's trying to be the base skill, then remembering "oops i need a third orb" and placing it where it should be without moving the two other orbs first.
If you can, test to make sure all three orbs still inflict damage. If so then there's just probably an override issue, else the ultimate isn't correctly being selected.

Orbs do deal damage.
The orbs do deal damage, but they do damage in their current position, which is lopsided.
