There is no regular schedule
There is no regular schedule for the test server. We only open the server when we have content that we feel requires additional testing and player feedback.
Whenever we do open up the server, we typically announce it in-game and on the forums ahead of time!

Could you open the test server so I can play the new boss content again? It isn't accessible on the live servers for some reason. ;)
