Posting the name of the person who scammed your son's still not allowed, regardless of how "mad crazy" you might be.
I recommend simply reporting him and letting the GM handle it. The last time I was scammed, they were actually pretty prompt in returning my stuff to me along with banning the character in question, so the GMs are pretty reliable.
