Ok so after I installed the game, the Log in Button already pops-out but the thing is
after I logged in its says again that:
'Please wait while we install the rest of the game'
then Downloading Data 69 minutes remaining. Is this really the normal thing?
or 'm having a problem AGAIN?

69 minutes isn't normal, but if your internet connection isn't too fast it could be. Do you have any way to check your download rate?
