Don't show people who are logging on

So it took me a while to understand why a lot of people in-game seem to not be talkative.
The avatar for someone shows up when they are registered with the server. Long before they can chat, long before they see anything. Long enough that the person logging in will seem unsocial to those already there.
So how about not showing anyone until they are actually loaded and ready?

i do this too..
but i must agree that, some times, it just appear that the guy is afk for a loooong time...almost like: i found the guy, tryed to talk...nothing, then i gone to do a dungon. 3 or 4 floors after, he was still there....talkess, at the same place, looking the same thing....it might be an ineresting thing, if he is looking it too much time >_<

Maybe just put an icon over
Maybe just put an icon over someone's head if they are still loading. Isn't there already a disconnect icon?
