On a serious note, advertising that anyone can run your guild for you implies it can be run by any moron.

Actually, sounds like you need a lot of help.
I'd like to propose a guild merge.
As it stands, Emberlight Elite has a nice ranking system, decent rules, other things such as that. Our problem exists in the fact that we do not have a lot of members.
Unfortunately, I do not know you well, and until I can get a better understanding of you, you will be a Veteran in Emberlight Elite.
As for the rest of your guild, they will be split into Recruit and Member ranks according to Tier.
All of this is open for discussion, of course.
