Using the same idea in PVP zone, wait until every player has loaded and start to play.
OR
While the player waits for the other loading the game, the elevator gates remain closed!
Or both...
I'm saying this to be equal for everyone, specially the guys who love to rush

you cna always chose with who you enter
i do this all the time, i don't like random guys entering in the middle of a dungeon, when i most need hearts, and these random go to every hearts every bit of damage they get...or get every health upgrade and health pills while the others are fighting...i'm not saying that every random guy that enters is this way, but, i'm do saying that i like to prevent these kind of things.

I don't see how this suggestion helps anything.
If you want to wait for your allies to load, you can. If you don't want to wait, why should you be forced to?

But really, it doesn't have a point since you sometimes don't need to wait. This would only be good if you have a friend that you don't want to play without, and knows that he haves a crappy conection that can DC him sometimes, so, you don't o something that you don't want to, even if you got bored (sarcastic feelings, but, really, if you know this, then, if you don't wait, you are a jerk).
Also, vitapods ninjas...well, we need to begin to think some specific terms for this game, and don't use terms used in specifically other games (like nijaing from ragnarok). I would suggest cleptoling, in ke "that guy just clept my vitapod!"...(joke fellings, also, i think i will begin to use these random therms, because i'm happy ^^).
I would find your idea insanely annoying. I don't want to wait because a random guy joined me and has a very slow loading time.. I want to do what I came to this game for, I want to play. And it's not like I finish the whole depth before the other can even begin.. 1 or 2 monsters more killed perhaps, but the heat and crowns are shared anyway so the slower player doesn't lose any of that?
