Zaffy is Laffy
CTR high as a uv, CTR med as a normal buff when leveling up the weapon, maximum powah!

High + Med is ultra, not max. Still a very good UV, since you probably won't take another another Med (unless you wear Seerus mask or get a CTR trinket).

Thats nothing as compared to the Perfect Mask of Seerus also because it doesn't have curse weakness.
Thats a very good UV as you will be Blitzing in FSC and saying IN YOUR FACE SLAG!!!
But besides that its a very useful UV as Blitz Needle has one of the highest charge damages in the game.
