Absolutely not. Until you can literally equip any weapon and armor and not be [severely] gimped in terms of damage and functionality, it's not balanced.
Elemental damage is too overpowered as well.

Hell yeah.

1.) Um. Pretty much. I hear people complaining all the time about things being unbalanced, but I only really lose when the skill discrepancy between teams is too high. I guess it's because I prefer recon over striker?
2.) Yes and no. I'm kind of new, and usually only play when one other person is online. the friends I've made are nice, but it's difficult since the majority of PUG players have a stick up their butt, it seems.
3.)Pretty much. UVs and monster types haven't stopped me from effectively using some of the 'useless' gears. If anything gets buffed, that's just a bonus.
4.) Not quite. I keep seeing costume reskins rather than actual content, and the content they do release is usually so temporary and rare (Kats) that even playing every day yields dissatisfaction.
5.)If the devs have something big planned, I'd like to see it. Hope the long period of silence predates harder trails to follow instead of easier ways or more colorful ways to do existing ones.
6.)Yes.
1. I think guardians could use a bit of a buff, and each class should have their stuff scale with tiers. Invinciframes need some tinkering. Any other problems are not Lockdown-exclusive, but related to gear.
2. Only the finest in awesome dudes and dudettes join Shard Squad, so yes.
3. These should be two different questions. The answer to both is "heck no".
4. Yeah. I'd really want currently existing stuff fixed before new stuff is released, but I can understand why that's not their priority.
5. Pets and new mobs are looking very interesting.
6. Cookies are not good for my teeth and digestion. It's a short-lived happiness.

Not really, because;
Weapons; toothpick are overpowered, especially with shieldcancel. Much nice normal [and not only] weps are really weak (Look for exmpl.: Cutter line).
Armors; Pretty nice, but i think we need something new... wolver line is too popular.
Mobs; Fiend family is too powerfull, and beast are too weak.

Im always happy, when game will get some updates, some new things, events and features, but at that moment it goes wrong;
To get some point of gaming - not only farming - or new experiences - we are getting facilitation in the form of Battle Sprites, eh. That's the first update i don't want.

No, but it has to do with server lag, not weapon. I don't play LD anymore because I now get 1-2 bars during the daytime in my area (West Coast USA) due to the servers here being overfilled or overworked.

Yes, I am very happy with the guild system, the social system, and the trading system otherwise. :)

Just one thing: balance isn't so much an issue, but I do wish that bombers had more options. It's nice to have bomber armor, shame all of them are normal/elemental defense...no shadow, makes it bothersome to use bomber gear when gunners and (esp) swords gear have so many options to optimize per each level/boss/mission.

Yes, I can't say I'm displeased. I have ignored all of the cosmetic reskinning things, like all the prize box events, accessories...I do wish that they would add some new (useful) bombs or items for bombers (see #3).
5. Are you happy for the future of SK?
Yes. I just hope that the servers are upgraded to prepare for the increasing amount of SK players/accounts. Without that I fear that this lag will just get worse until everyone has 1 red bar during peak game times.

No. Lockdown is a fun concept, but that fun is fragile versus various forms of spam (not AT spam, pulsar and bombs). UVs can also be incredibly overpowering. ASI helps, but the main things I find difficult to manage against are full heart pendants, status and damage type resists (high +). In a battle of equal skill and equal latency, the above would provide an overwhelming advantage. Even if the player is a weaker player, given these kinds of enhancements, the fight could easily drag on long enough for reinforcements to arrive. These things are legitimate aspects of the game, but as a F2P, I feel like I'm brushing against the wall of P2Win.
2. Are you happy with your current friends/community?
Friends yes, community no. Some PUGs, some people in haven, some people on these forums...eh. I like the people I play this game with though.

Jezus NO. Gear "balance" is nonexistent. Many pieces of gear are drastically inferior to other pieces in terms of the issues I'm most concerned with: killing fast and surviving if I end up taking a ton of hits... always a constant bandwidth war against my roommates (I still <3 them), so the right armor can help me survive those unpredictable lag spikes.
Monsters? Beasts are a tower to space when placed on a scale against constructs and undead. I feel like they're incomplete as a monster family and hopelessly outclassed by the DPS of every other monster family.
4. Are you happy with the content SK has released so far?
No. I recall someone posting a comment about how they played SK 2 years ago and the final boss is still the same - yep, exactly. The danger missions are kind of a step in the right direction, but really, I'm approaching 2 years and no new boss? I've been waiting so long, that if the do release a new boss, I'll probably be bored in a week. It's unfortunate but I think it will be the most probable scenario.
5. Are you happy for the future of SK?
No. IMO, the horizon looks grim. It's my belief that SK might be strained for resources - perhaps programmers or funding. Regardless, the rate of content production and existing content is much lower than what I'd be satisfied with. I feel like resources are mainly being poured into money-making measures, like when SLs, OCH came out, accessories came out, the GH update... BK just seemed like a zomg!-stop-crown-production!-type event. And considering the gambling system for everything here, I ran 700 levels, secretly ditching my friends IRL by pretending to be busy so I could waste time hopelessly trying to find a book...(which I never did)
To me, I can't help but feel that I've completed the game and there is nothing appealing enough in the foreseeable horizon. Spiralmon just sounds like a slight twist on the aging package of the CW and missions - honestly I feel like I could easily wipe out monsters before my Mew would even do anything, so I'm thinking it'll probably just be a little cosmetic difference like an accessory. The status effects of my alchemers are currently in that boat.
To summarize for the developers:
-No new bosses
-A stronger leaning towards the P2P community than my tastes
-Low or nonexistent balancing of gear
-Nothing to convince me that any of this is likely to improve in the future

On the whole, I haven't used much equipment; I'm quite biased in that regard (so no Wolver gear or Alchemers for me), so I can't say much. For the monsters, I have trouble with Fiends and anything that swarms me. I've learnt to deal with it, and am OK with it. I'm not entirely happy with gear selection; I want some dedicated pierce and shadow gear for Bombers - I'm not a Bomber myself, FYI - and a shadow resistant Plate set. We have pierce, elemental and normal, so why not?
TL/DR: Gear: Need more defensive choices, otherwise /shrug. Monsters: I'm OK with them.
