It may have been possible that LoN did not wait till his cooldown was over, but I will let it pass so as to avoid arguements.

Thowardz, when Artist said that, it meant that you had to wait for a certain amount of time until the cooldown was over. It seems to be a 1 hour cool down and I donated some CE to Artist.

Otherwise, it's either a 1 hour cooldown or a 3-post cooldown. (Whichever comes first)

Back to the game. We're at 59 because I said so and you said 58
