Hello.

I have recently been presented with a rather perplexing dilemma.... wait, why am I talking like thi- nevermind.

I need to know whether I should keep my Volcanic Demo set, or go through the hassle of obtaining the somewhat superior (DPS wise) Mad Bomber set.

I have roughly 4K Energy and I'm broke crown-wise. I'm not concerned too much about the defensive weaknesses, as I can dodge and block and I have several escape tactics such as Maskeraith cloak, dash, and etc... but I'm really wondering- is the damage bonus (and the mohawk) really worth the extra hassle?

P.S- as for my wealth issues I do have a fallback plan (sell Storm helm) to get cash.

agree

Have you read the Bombing Guide on the wiki? It's really pretty good. It compares all of the bomber armors.

If you are mainly a support bomber, then you may not benefit much from damage bonus, so Volcanic is about as good as Mad Bomber or Chaos, with fewer drawbacks. On the other hand, if you use damage bombs, then Mad Bomber is much stronger than Volcanic. But, as Zeddy says, if you're going to make Mad Bomber, then you might as well just make Chaos, and get these crazy bonuses on all of your weapons. Sadly, no one should get Mad Bomber anymore.
