What are the requirements for opening the support request page? All my friends and I only get a blank page after clicking that support request link. I've turned off antivirus, cleared cache but it's still a blank page on ie and chrome.

My javascript is always on.
My javascript is always on. It's still a blank page.
I see a blank page when I have Javascript off. When it's on, the page works just fine.
