Where the devil are spikes on the right hand gauntlet? It doesn't matter all that much, but it's just that one singular detail that's bugging the hell out of me.

Correct. Those recon members are still alive, so you don't get their unique equipment. (Since recon ranger equipment is stated to be occaisionally made from older pieces)

yeah, all the recon armors show wrist spikes, and i was buying them, oddly just for that feature, the spike look... but when they weren't there, i felt an honest bait and switch... OOO seems to do that alot, making their customers increasingly disappointed.

It's entirely your own fault for not inspecting, previewing, or hovering over the dangerous armors. Don't blame OOO for it.

@Battlegrinder's subject - I think he's reffering to the spiked bracelets some Rangers have. Fact nobody cares about: Desna is the only ranger with the bracelet on her left hand.
Maybe the spikes were exclusive to the character that wears them. Just like the recon ranger leader's odd oni helm.
