Sure, you can still vendor it for 30K cr but I thought it was always somewhat nice to sell them.
So with Equipment Limits, unbinding weapons (without UVs) that you can get from the Supply Depot has no meaning?

exept you can't get gear higher than your certification through the supply depot. it has been so since I was in.

You couldn't use it anyways. Which is OPs point. Unbinding non-UV items and selling them is relatively pointless, aside from price gouging unknowing players who don't realize they can buy it for cheaper through the supply depot.
