The barrier picture must be of your knight in game with a dropped ultra poison barrier. Hover your mouse over it so that we can all see that it did in fact come from T3 and not wherever else.

must be only TIER 3 ultra venom barrier, NOT TIER 2

Indeed. The purpose of this thread is to establish that these things do not drop, or if they do to provide a counter example.

T2 poison barriers are a thing, and do not require proving of any sort. I believe in them already, but Santa Clause, the tooth fairy and ultra poison barriers do not appear to be real-- or at least findable by players. I don't doubt that they are in the code as consumables that could be generated by a developer/game master.

EDIT: Updated the OP with information about finding it and not mailing me, just to make sure this is as clear as possible.

Prize wheel, anyone?

I have a hunch they'll show up in the prize wheel, maybe. The barrier at least.

If that hunch is true, would a screenshot of the item in the prize wheel, in our inventory (hovering over it for the description) and in use be sufficient?
Also, would you accept video evidence, especially for the moment when we deploy the item?

Complete video evidence, including obtaining the barrier, mousing over it, and then using it (and having it poison) would probably be the most definitive proof.

No. Some people don't want to sign up with Google to make an account, some people don't have video recording software installed (much less find the right one), some people don't know how to upload it, etc., etc. I've got a really dingy computer and I could manage it. The computers I would label impossible for such a task have CRT monitor.

I'm starting to wonder what the GMs and staff think about this prize pool. I'm half expecting them to post a joke, half expecting them to give us more details on how rare it actually is.

Good thread for sorting this out. I heard rumors that things didn't drop, but thought i was just mad unlucky. The last drop I had was a ghost aura waaay back when they patched it so rare monsters dropped items more frequently.... then promptly repatched it a day later so they didn't.

i dont know if i'd call it a bug that gear isnt dropping. i remember gettng a skelly helm pre-sprites, but since the removal of ME OOO's only income comes from making everything crazy rare and selling reskins. the poison thing may have been an oversight, but gear dropping is a joke, just OOO trolling its players.

The GMs told us that all of these things do drop, and I don't believe them.

If we convince the GMs that they don't drop, then the GMs will tell the developers that they don't drop. Its great that they're willing to tell us this, but I want to find a darkfang shield. Not buy a darkfang shield. That's cheating.

Now go to the jelly run around place so that you can earn 175k crowns. More than you'll get grinding anything else, that's for sure.

Unless you're calling the deactivated turrets on aurora isles that cost energy "turret kits". They were in the game before that patch, and they aren't considered the same as the turret kit pickup as far as I know.

I know where the Turret Kit is. here's a riddle:

Where ye' find the treasure is hard, but ahh matey, look not to the high side but the low side. Where the tier sits at one and missions ye' shall seek - find a lucky chest, not crimson, but Irish. In this chest you'll find your treasure, yar see, sitting in the clockwork tunnels, tagged with tier at one. Elites won't have their share - only the normal shall seek past illusion.

Where you find the treasure is hard but look to the low side instead. Somewhere in Tier 1 and
look for missions - find a green box. In this box you will find it, you see, somewhere in the
clockworks, in tier 1. Elites don't get it, only normal players will see through illusion.

So do missions or levels in tier one on the lowest difficulty and you might find it in a box? You've got a point, but I don't think it's there.
