... And after inspecting them, my mind blew up. I really don't get this. Can someone explain how it is possible?

Here is a screenshot of him

Equip Limits
Equipping items is now limited by your Mission Rank:
- Mission Rank of 3 is required to equip 2-star gear
- Mission Rank of 5 is required to equip 3-star gear
- Mission Rank of 6 is required to equip 4-star gear
- Mission Rank of 8 is required to equip 5-star gear

Any equipment bound before this patch will become your new current equip limit. For example. A knight who had only completed missions through Rank 3 but had 4 star gear equipped will be able to equip gear 4 star and below until achieving Rank 8.

That makes a lot of sense, I thought it had to be something like that xD

Thanks for clearing that up.

The-Worst-Knight is right

I completed OCH tier 3 on a rank 1-1 alt before the equip limits were set. It got the tier 3 weapons by doing so.

Already solved...

@Hyper-Galactic Yeah, I had thought it was something along those lines... Thanks for clarifying though :)

@Crocus * facepalms * Even if you could buy 5* weapons in an SK package, you wouldn't be able to wear them because you were not a high enough rank. If you could, that is absolutely hopeless and pathetic on OOO's part.

Once about the time there were no missions and only gear was available in terminals. When missions arrived many of us were 5* apprentice. Also many old player who were online before missions and after that offline untill now are 5* apprentices these days and whenever someone newer see ppl like that will complain he/she is a hacker -_- and that happened to me too year and a half ago.

I have an alt that's 5* and an apprentice. I also had (I'm leveling it now) another alt who has T3 access, was an apprentice, and only had proto gear and couldn't equip 3* gear and above.

Wow

@Sloveniangirl So I take it my assumption of an earlier game player is a breathe of fresh air then.

@Paintool Yeah... Unfortunately, that is how it works.

@Sleepy-Hollows That must suck. I find it pretty cool though that people can be apprentice and have full 5*. What I would give to be someone like that, and run around in proto costume asking dumb question and then watch peoples comments as I remove it..

Woops! I didn't make myself clear. Your second alt account. Proto gear and only 3*+ with T3 access? That must suck/be really painful.

The floggings will begin sometime between 8 am and 4 pm

Took me a while to figure out why the picture was odd to you folks. I guess I never knew how the new system worked because before there were no missions or forges, so you could just buy 5* gears to equip. As older players come back, you'll probably see a lot more of this.
