How strong is a knight?

No matter what lies in the hands of knights, they wield it, wear it, switch it without any effort. They are even able to travel without losing breath.

So how strong is a knight? How much can they lift? What is the heaviest set for a knight to wield and how heavy is that set?

And as bonus question, who is the strongest knight in the game? Varying from NPC's to you as the protagonist.

is the strongest.

And knights have an exoskeleton of pure metal, so what we carry doesn't even make a dent.

The heaviest set is that one from vana. Its not that heavy though.
They can lift cradle, if they were standing on something.
They could lift your mewkat.

Either that or they never actually touch anything.
This is shown in GH design mode,
you have magnetic gloves that put the chairs above your hands.

You're forgetting they allow us to hold water and keep it in a perfect round-ish shape.

Water is magnetic.

Is it water?
Its just a glob.
And they tell us its water.
But it could be molten metal painted with blue paint. Did you ever think of that?
Or maybe its liquid nitrogen dyed blue.
Filled with magnets.

You're forgetting they allow us to hold water and keep it in a perfect round-ish shape.
