So, I recently put down another online game and decided "eh, I wanna play some pvp" but matches are a LOT harder when you're going in with clean weapons against Very High ASI heavies and toothpicks, so I decided to spend a bit of crowns and go for some UVs of my own. I've got an Acheron, DA, Polaris, Valiance, and Argent Peacemaker. How much ASI should I go for to make each of them "pvp worthy"?

^ Like Nocturne said, you don't need UVs to be good at PVP - they can help you get your attacks out/finish your attacks quicker, but in the end, what keeps you from getting hit is your own footwork and choices of when/where to attack.
If you're not end-game (ex: need money to craft other items), go for weapon speed trinkets instead. They're useful for both PVE and PVP and apply to all your weapons (of that type, of course). They're way more cost-effective.
Keep in mind that certain classes get inherent speed bonuses (or penalties):
Striker gets +2 sword speed
Recon gets -1 sword speed and +2 gun speed
Guardian gets -1 gun speed and +1 sword* speed

You mean +1 sword speed.
Additionally:
Strikers get Bomb Charge Time Increase: Very High.
Recons get Universal Charge Time Reduction: Medium and Bomb Charge Time Reduction: Medium. These add up to at least Very High on any bomb, so you only need heat on your bomb if you are a recon to get Max CTR.
Guardians get Bomb Charge Time Reduction: Low.

All you need in LD is ASI med, that's plenty. You don't needany ASI on the heavy, just get asi med on the toothpick. Then make a hybrid set with vog+snarb/skolv. That would give you ASI max if you decide to go striker and dmg vh I think. Which is plenty to rek dem kids.

If you've already crafted the weapons and only want to spend 100kcr on punching UVS on them you're gonna have a bad time. Getting more than ASI low in 5 rolls or less would take considerable luck. You will likely have to spend over a million on punch to get useful ASI on all your weapons.
Rolling for ASI low is not worth the money. If I were you I would purchase new weapons with ASI medium UVs for around 100kcr each, and keep using your same old weps for the time being. Think about getting a Final Flourish , a Gran faust, a Voltedge or Glacius, and one or two of the new guns when they arrive. That way you'll have a bigger collection of weapons, some with nice UVs for LD.

My buddy Epic Legend Knight reks everyone with no UV's and Damage bonuses. I don't even think his trinks are 5*. So, just saying don't spend all your money for the sake of a PvP minigame. Connection and skill is all you really need. ¬,¬
