But what im referring to is the whole package. Im not saying I dont care about the gun balancing, I just want a full opinion on the test server portion of the the update. Something as simple as yes or no.

And I'm saying it's impossible to give you an answer until later. It's still up in the air.
There are two kinds of broken.
Broken because you can't use it seriously since it's so ineffective compared to your other options... (Troika, Cutter, etc.)
and broken because it's so good it trivializes the game. (Blitz, Shivermist, Brandish).
A lot of guns could become the new Brandishes, and Blitz could stay Blitz. Or, maybe they won't, and they'll receive some further tweaks.
Nobody can say for sure until it's finalized.
