I find it sad that the new sprite has the same old abilities. If there were new abilities i think the sprite would be way more stooky. Or at least change the sprite attack animation color,because the black seraphynx is shooting divine rays instead of shadow rays.

I think you're overestimating the amount of people who intend to acquire and level up this sprite. Besides, there are still people who are levelling. Y'know, pretty much everyone who has not reached sprite level 100 yet.

The black kat has a small difference.
Creepy eyes and the 2 forms for the Beam Ultimate are different as well. You have the options of either a shadow tag on his forehead or purple lightning surrounding him.

Somewhat.
However, when it comes to things like copyrights, even if you idea was copyrighted, there's no way of knowing whether or not Three Rings copied your idea. Even if they created the Black Seraphynx after you posted your idea, they might have developed it independantly.
I mean, think about it. An event that brings Black Kats into the game, and there's already another item that is a cat-like creature.
Anyone could have guessed that they were going to reskin a pet for the event. (Happens in every other game with pets)
