I have done the mission alone in the dark over and over and over and over again but I can't find a single black kat, HELP!

Yep, the spawn rate is low. In case you don't read the General Discussion forum, this is currently the dominant topic of discussion, in many threads. So you are not alone. Just keep doing levels that contain many kats.
Once you do enough runs to get a sense for how low the spawn rate is, you can move on to the next complaint --- that the rate of Book of Dark Rituals drops is too low.

While I agree with the complaints about low Black Kat spawn rate, I disagree a lot with the people that complaint about the low drop rate of Book of Dark Rituals. By increasing the Black Kat spawn rate, you are also increasing Book of Dark Rituals drops.

Idk what's happening....infact I got over 5 kats in 1 hour
Got many tokens from all the grinding....BUT .......still no sign of the BOOK !!

This thread was made on 5/03/14 an its latest post was on the same day. When the Kat event was still running.
You posted 5/24/15... After the kat event had been over for a week...
Read the date before you post... Let the thread be old, don't bump it.
They have a really low spawn rate, so I guess that's normal?
(in the past 3 hours, i've found one)
