Is it still getting worked on, abandoned or delay to who knows when? What about the bomber update when that going to come out?

Players are not allowed to discuss the test server content outside of the Test Server forum. Rest assured, it does exist. Historically speaking, the testing is a very good indication that the content will be released soon. My understanding is that it still needs to go through a PvP test, though.
What about the bomber update when that going to come out?
I have heard little or nothing about a bomber update. If you're hoping for something as substantial as the gunner update, then you should be prepared to wait…at least a year? These things apparently do not happen quickly.

Three rings doesn't have the biggest development team, especially since the lead designer quit a while ago. They are probably working out bugs and stuff.

It will come soon.
I'm not sure of the exact time, but it is probably a month or two away. As said, the testing server opened up recently and gave us a chance to, well, test the stuff included in the Gunner Update.
Just be patient. it will get here eventually. When it does, I can finally stop using swords and be a full time gunner! When (if) the Bomber Update comes out, I can finally fulfill my dream of becoming a Spiral Grenadier! Nitro-Blitzing sounds fun to me.
