Now I've just recently went to run for Black Kats(since at the time my sister wasn't downloading or doing something that pulls the bandwidth), and guess what, two hour runs and no Black Kat. Either it's bad luck or simply the game in denial.

They want people to play the daily prestige mission all the way to the end.
I don't have a lot of time to play, but I'm getting a steady income of pages. For the last few days I also always would find one Black Kat along the way. I suggest you guys try it.
Me and my friends couldn‘t find a single kat yesterday
