Hi, so today my brother joined us right in the beginning of the Jelly Castles, but when we killed the Jelly King, he only got 2 Jelly Tokens as opposed to 3, EVEN though he started RIGHT at the beginning of the level. I think this is unfair. I even had him join as we were loading the level. Heck, he even loaded before me, so what gives?!?! It was already bad enough he drops only 3 and not 4 anymore.

Levels "start" when you go
Levels "start" when you go down the elevator. If you don't go down the elevator with the party, the game counts that as the same as if the level is almost over. From a programming perspective, it is *MUCH* easier to count it that way.
This is how Jelly King works, and it's to prevent people from mass farming JK for tokens. If you join late then the amount of tokens you're eligible for is reduced (2-1 tokens), as opposed to if you join at Basil or Moorcraft Manor, then you're eligible for the regular 3-5 tokens.
