a guy from green kills 3 guys from pink. he now gets large heart drops (+3) from additional kills.
his player dot now shows up on the minimap for everyone on pink; minimap radius starting at 3 kills, getting larger as the guy gets more kills.

How about capture-streaks?
Sounds interesting. But if a player is dominating a team this will just make it harder for him to be killed.
