Why would this not be allowed? Does it come out of Spiral Spy? Then it is not allowed.

Not a bad idea, but it looks like that's from Spiral Spy, so it wouldn't be allowed. (Grey personal color? neat!)
You could easily do this in-game with whatever personal color, as long as the images as sets are consistent with that color (like don't change your personal collor...they don't have to be all the same, it's just nice to not be distracting) if all you want is a nice solid, updated, sleek look for a set.

This is indeed done through Spiral Spy again but I wasn't sure if it was possible to at least setup some rule of exception to this much how I attempted with the monster images. I kinda wish Equionx would come back and setup some discussion.
Where did you find it? I can't remember where/how you see a set like this.
