I had this idea a short time ago: Can you die in a mission lobby? Yes. I managed to find a hazard in the lobby and wanted to share it with the rest of you.

Here is the catch: Someone needs to guess how I did it first.

You are experiencing a PICNIC ERROR!

Yep. Fang of Vog, Faust, and Gran Faust. Only three swords in the game that can do this. I have two of them and use both regularly.

Ouch.

I managed to fail the Hall off Heroes myself.

Considering there's nothing in the mission lobby anyway (or the Hall of Heroes for that matter), I don't see why they couldn't just give us free revives.

Okay, maybe if sometime there's a certain thing happening there that would make free revives a cheat, such as facing off Magrel via Book of Dark Rituals at Moorcroft Manor despite that it only happens under certain situations, where Moorcroft Manor would normally be any other lobby with nothing.

I guess you could just start it all over, but I guess I get bored at times and decide to start fooling around.

I can do you one better.

In my non-Vanguard days long before the emergency revival was instated, me and a random party of two or three (I forgot) emerged in the Tier Two Clockworks Crossroads on floor 13.

Seeing as how we all survived the horrors of the Keep, it was a relief to be able to heal. Then suddenly, we are joined by a fourth and/or final knight. Yet the oddest thing happened. This Knight among other Knights and Knight Elites was dead. He or she had not been with us on the depth prior to warrant it. And even if he did so happen to faint, he would have just revived with three pips of health within the crossroads like any normal knight.

But no. They were dead! I initially laughed out loud from behind my screen only because it was the oddest occurrence that I have ever seen until this day. Almost immediately after I tried to grasp what happened, I revived this knight out of my habit for raising downed players. We inquired how he was downed without a recollection of how it even happened until this day. We hopped on the lift with this random knight and pressed on.

And while I still do not know how it happened even down to this day, I would consider that to be THE ultimate fail. The only thing I regret then is not taking pictures of this rare occurrence.
