gods ain't gonna help you, son.
bug reports section exists, use it.
to move a thread, click edit abouve your first post, dropdown menu, search for the section, and save. please don't leave a shadow copy.

Make sure to check your in-game mail inbox. Prize boxes are not automatically added to your inventory. If it's not there then do what the above posters suggested.
