The guild alchemy machine could offer a discount to guild members like a 5%-10% reduction in the crowns and energy needed. To make sure that people will still use the normal alchemy machines, only higher rank guild members can use it and they will have to fill the guild alchemy machine with a certain amount of energy, crowns, etc to be able to use it. After using the guild alchemy machine for 2 times for example, the guild member will have to fill it again.

That's because no one wrote any replies to this suggestion so I have to create this new forum. Somehow, people seem to object and loathe free stuff which is weird. And anyways I said it could be charged.

In that case why let only higher guild members use it? If it costs crowns to use, then why not just let all guild members use it?

The reason nobody is for it is because ALL guild halls have an alchemy machine. Offering a discount to crafting because you're in a guild (which most non-new players are) is quite frankly absurd. Making it only usable by high ranked guild members could easily be abused by making everybody in the guild high ranked.
I am for upgrading the guild halls through buying stuff for it, with crowns preferably (CROWN SINK!). Adding merchants, possibly unique merchants... like the one that sold trinkets back in beta, a guild storage that can have stuff put in by anybody but only taken out by officers or higher (to prevent new people from taking everything and bolting), etc etc. I am NOT for blatantly giving a small group an advantage just because you can.
