I just rolled a single UV on my Snarbolax coat. It came out as " Normal Defense Medium " Would that be useful for LD?
< I am a striker > Not sure if that count's.

It's not really going to "amp up your performance" since that's all on skills. That's just a minor defense boost on your end.

Most UVs are useful in
Most UVs are useful in certain situations, just depends on the circumstances (what armour you use and what damage and weapons the enemy uses).
As an example if you were wearing snarby set then that normal medium should let you take a full combo from an acheron if the enemy has sword damage bonus high or less. It will also help against valiance.
