I get a lot of players asking where they can get "accessory x." I noticed that most of the accessory pages do not have this information - what boxes they come out of and so on. This information is high demand, but I brushed it off till now saying "supply depot" "box X" or "I don't know." I've been trying to add em for auras at least...but really, even I wonder where some things come from on occasion. We've made some nice templates for costumes that have this sort of information. I would like to see another column added to the accessory display table template named "availability" that links directly to the #link on the prize box page, or elsewhere if the accessory doesn't come from a box (like Supply Depot (flash sales), Featured Auction House, and so on...(though I'm not a fan of FAH as it's not a reliable/consistent source, has anyone seen twilight aura recently? >,..,>) just like they do for the costume tables.
I would do this but I'd probably just unintentionally murder the template and subsequently dozens of pages.
If this template gets in place, I'll then go through all the pages and remove the...shall I call them "gritty" bullet lists and sections that have bits of this and that in them, vestiges of the past that I tried to organize before... but they got left unattended like one of Nonna's pet pockets before it was found.
NOTE: could just make a new template. This would be for pages like the Aura page, where each item comes from a different (sometimes more than one, like sprinkle) place.
Pages like the "Mohawk" don't need this. They only need the == ==, not a whole template fix.
some accessories come from more than one place, which is a tad unusual in terms of promos in the SK universe...
example: ghostly aura...FAH and rare drop from mewkat (screenshot proof from some users pending)
another: sprinkle: anniversary prize box, gourmet prize box
hmm. does this warrant more availability columns (I think no) or a single column (I think yes) with availability 1 = x, availability 2 =x, with these texts link-able to another page, etc.? Howtocodefor...
probably not that hard, but I'm too sleepy to remember how to breathe right now.
