Capturer is alright.
Otherwise try Monosnap, Jing or QuickCast.
Last two have a recording limit for each video recorded (generally 5 minutes).
They're all free.

Every free program I tried was either laggy, very limited or had a huge water mark.

Meep.
I've tried recording a couple of LD matches this week and it's quite a problem with lag spikes. To get rid of big ones that fluctuate for quite a while, turn down Graphic settings from High to Low (if you want) or use 1440x900 on full screen to get a good resolution and less lag than normal. If it doesn't work , it's because you are recording or it's OOO servers you got to blame.
The biggest reason I switched back to Windows...
My best suggestion would be to pay for something on app-store with good reviews.
