For example the gremlins menders/wolvers and stuff cause they are really hard to kill with my now 4* avenger :S

Any more advice?

Yes that one seems to be pretty good against the wolvers and stuff, what about the gremlins? I hate those menders and miners -__-" They are freaking annoying lol.
While I do not use one, I heard that the magnus/callahan series will chain stun gremlins/wolvers who generally dodge range attacks by constantly knocking them up. While Gremlin are weak against shadow, not piercing, callahan will still do normal damage to them. However, Callahan will actually hit them, unlike other guns.
I have a Mega Magnus.... great for killing wolvers. knocks em on their ass every time you hit them, makes them easy pickings as long as there arent too many around... good against devilites as well, the bullet is too fast for them to dodge.
as for gremlins... Shadow Damage. I carry around an Acheron now, (traded in my Vile Striker) and it slays gremlins and slimes like no other... only bad against fiends (which the Magnus line dominates, see above) and undead (which I kill with my Hail Driver). The charge attack from an Acheron will one hit kill gremlin menders, and two strikes from the combo will put them down usually as well, at least in tier 2.

haha, yeah, they can't fight if they're pregnant.
You have elemental, shadow, and a status-effect. Pretty good combo, and should do you pretty well. A Flourish or a sword in that line would give you piercing damage for extra damage vs beasts and devilites, if you don't like the Callahan. Otherwise, whatever you enjoy playing with is the right equipment.
Sentenza, it deals Piercing/Shadow, while the Divine Avenger does Normal/Elemental. Enjoy! :D
(This is coming from a gunslinger who owns a blackhawk)
While you may be thinking "Gee, with this I can cover all the type bonuses!" but no, the Sentenza does average damage at best, and it will only do that semi-good damage to the two enemies that dodge a lot, Wolvers and gremlins. The wolvers will dodge your shots and even though it looks like it hits them, they are invulnerable during the dodges, while this isn't as defined as with gremlins, they still dodge enough so that you'd be better off with a Callahan or even just using your avenger even though he resists it.
I'm a huge fan of the main Flourish line for those things my Divine Avenger and Faust don't get orange numbers on. Flourish is great for keeping Greavers from getting an attack off (as long as you get good at predicting which angle they'll attack from), and works quite well on Wolvers as well (though its charge attack is only of middling use on higher tier ones that tend to teleport out of it). The damage is good on Devilites too, but I still can't figure out a safe way to fight those, no matter what I'm hitting them with.
I tried a Flamberge initially, and fire is fun, but it doesn't trigger often enough to make up for its reduced damage compared to the plain one. I imagine Rigadoon line is similar in that regard. Stunning enemies is fun but if it doesn't trigger very often I don't see much point in it when you are killing things in one charge attack or a couple combos anyway.
EDIT: Oh, and I forgot to mention. Flourish's charge is also surprisingly useful for taking down Gremlin healers in one shot, if your positioning and timing is right so you hit them with the whole thing. It'll generally kill them outright, no protection bubble or anything. That's one of the best things about that charge attack, huge damage in one quick burst that'll kill things before healers can do anything about it. just be sure to shield cancel the recovery, and you don't even leave yourself particularly vulnerable.
