Heater Shield looks pretty awesome, specially since there's been a lot of Frost Stratums lately. Plus I just love having rare items. So, is it any good?

Silvermail has no Normal
Silvermail has no Normal defense, which is the only reason its rare. Normal damage is the most common in the game (it's dealt by most monsters in addition to whatever special type damage they do) which is why its rarely used.

Heater actually looks really
Heater actually looks really good to me I might make one myself now that I took a closer look. Health, elemental, and normal def are the 3 most important in this game. The grey owlite shield is the closest it has all those 3 properties as well and includes heat resist and shock resist, but less normal defense and normal def is the most important in this game, so I would say go for it.It's great for jelly runs and you never know about future updates that may include more freeze stratums in the clockworks. For Vanaduke, I would save up tokens to buy the wetstone pendant(I think that's what its called) for fire resistance.
Does what it says it does. Not really outstanding in any way.
Would be awesome if they changed the art to an old stove door.
