Since fiends are weak to piercing, I probably won't be using an alchemer for them anyway, but considering I don't have a voltech...

I'm finding with a volt
I'm finding with a volt driver in tier 3, it's pretty nice anytime there is a crowd of enemies to start shocking them all. The shock also works great on things like skeletons and constructs to keep them from attacking so often.
